To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 99ok is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Betting outcomes affected by inaccurate information provided by the user.

You may close your 99ok account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure that all available balances have been withdrawn and that there are no outstanding wagering requirements.

99ok reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that you have breached any of the terms set out in this document.
• Inaccurate account information or unverifiable identity.
